It was an exciting evening, Sunday July 17th, when contestant #9 Taylor Matteson was crowned Miss Allen County 2011! She took home a $1000 scholarship and a prize package valued at over $1400! Among her court were 1st runner-up Maleah Fick, 2nd runner-up Taylor Cummings, 3rd runner-up Abby Rekeweg, 4th runner-up Ashley Smith, Miss Congeniality Amanda Schwieterman and Miss Photogenic Abby Rekeweg. Make sure you come out to the Allen County Fair, July 19th-July 24th and meet our reigning Queen and court!

It is that time again! Time for Chick-fil-A Spirit Night! It is one of our annual fundraisiers for the Miss Allen County Queen Schoalrship Fund. It is really simple…. All you need to do is come out on July 5th from 5pM - 7PM and eat some chicken! Or whatever else you might want to eat on the menu. We will then get 10% of all sales for that time period. Lindsey Carden, Miss Allen County 2010 and her court, will also be on location doing crafts and having fun! Come out and support Miss Allen County on July 5th! Hope to see you there!

Miss Allen County 2010, Lindsey Carden, turned 17th on September 27th and all that she asked for was an awesome cake! That is exactly what Lindsey received! Lindsey had a special cake crafted that reflected her year as Miss Allen County. It even resembles her crown...how cool! Happy Birthday Lindsey. Hope you had a great party!]]>
Way to go Miss Allen County 2006, Rachel Berry, for placing Top 12 at Miss California over the weekend! Rachel also won prelim talent. Rachel competed against 55 other ladies from California and for the past year has represented her State as Miss City of Orange. Congrats Rachel!
